Free Class on Catholic Ethical Issues

The Pastoral Studies Institute of the Diocese of Tulsa will be offering a free four week class on Catholic Ethics and Contemporary Moral Issues in the Modern World. Dr. Mark Discher will examine several contemporary moral issues from the point of view of Catholic teaching and moral tradition. There will be lots of hot topics discussed such as capital punishment, homosexuality and gay marriage, stem cell research and feminism and gender issues. Dr. Discher received a D.Phil. from Oxford University and has a special interest in Catholic Ethics so this class is gonna be a good one! The class will be held at the Diocese of Tulsa Chancery in building B starting February 1st at 7:00 p.m. and will be held every Monday evening in February. Hope to see you there!
